Full Stack Developer II

About the Role:
As a Full Stack Developer II, you will collaborate with advisors to define solution designs and develop scalable, high-performing code. You are responsible for ensuring code quality and security, leading reviews, managing priorities, acting as demo content owner, mentoring junior developers, and supporting leadership.

• Collaborate with Full Stack Developer Advisors to breakdown epics into capability and business features.
• Define solution designs and iterate with domain architects for robust architectures.
• Write scalable, resilient microservices solutions ensuring quality and security.
• Drive code reviews and enforce best development practices.
• Triage competing priorities and provide effective status updates to executive leadership.
• Act as owner of software demo content and acceptances.
• Facilitate problem-solving in large cross-group efforts across multiple teams.
• Articulate needs clearly to onsite and offshore vendor teams.
• Serve as back-up for development lead during absences.
• Mentor junior developers ensuring knowledge transfer across teams.

Education:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical / Electronics Engineering, MIS.

Experience Requirements:
- Associate: Prior experience not required
- Standard I (2 years) to Senior II (5 years)
