Full Stack Developer II

FedEx ACC is seeking a skilled VNDLY & Workday Developer for their Hyderabad / Secunderabad, Telangana, India location. This role is responsible for the design, configuration, and support of integrations, workflows, and functional enhancements within the VNDLY Vendor Management System (VMS) and Workday HCM/Extended Modules. The developer will ensure seamless data flow between VNDLY, Workday, and other systems, supporting contingent workforce management, HCM operations, compliance, and analytics.

Key responsibilities include:

• VNDLY Platform Development & Support: Configure VNDLY modules (CW, SOW, Requisitions, Work Orders, Supplier Management, Compliance, Time/Expense, Invoicing), set up workflows, manage worker lifecycle processes, build REST API integrations, troubleshoot integration issues, and develop dashboards and reports.
• Workday Development & Configuration: Configure Workday modules (HCM Core, Staffing, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, Recruiting, Contingent Worker), create and maintain Workday objects, security roles, calculated fields, business processes, and Workday Studio integrations. Manage EIB integrations, Workday reporting, and support release activities.
• VNDLY ↔ Workday Integration Ownership: Design and maintain end-to-end integration architecture, manage data synchronization for job postings, worker onboarding/offboarding, supplier data, time/expense, and invoices. Ensure data integrity and support identity, access, and SSO setups.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather requirements from HR, TA, Procurement, Finance, MSPs, and suppliers. Translate business needs into technical specifications, provide training, documentation, and act as a subject matter expert for both platforms.

The ideal candidate possesses hands-on experience with both VNDLY and Workday, strong integration skills, and a deep understanding of workforce lifecycle processes. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with 2-5 years of relevant experience, is required.
