About the Role

• Collaborate with advisors to define scalable solution designs and lead code reviews ensuring high performance and security.
• Breakdown epics into business features, guide application architects on robust architectures, and implement resilient microservices solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure quality, performance, and security of developed software solutions.
• Manage competing priorities, provide effective status updates to executive leadership, and act as a demo content owner for acceptances.
• Facilitate communication across large cross-group development efforts and articulate technical needs clearly to onsite and offshore vendor teams.
• Mentor junior developers and support the development lead in their absence, ensuring knowledge transfer across teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, MIS, or a related discipline. Requires 2-5 years of experience in both front-end and back-end application design and development depending on the level (Associate to Senior II).
