Responsibilities
Technical Requirements:
- Strong MERN stack experience (MongoDB, Express, React, Node).
- Proficiency across frontend and backend development.
- Commitment to writing clean, structured, and testable code.
- Independent debugging skills.
- Ability to read and refactor existing code.
Behavioral Requirements (Critical):
- Proactive escalation of blockers on the same day.
- Self-managed task tracking updates.
- Focus on product impact over process.

About You
- 2–5 years of professional React + Node.js development experience.
- Proven experience with large-form handling technologies like Formik or similar modular component architectures.
- Experience in a startup or small agile team with end-to-end delivery ownership.
- Solid understanding of React (functional components), Formik, and modular component design.
- Experience with MongoDB, Node.js, and API development.
- Passion for learning emerging technologies, particularly AI integrations.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Good English communication and documentation skills.
