Full Stack Developer - SINC NETWORK in Gurugram, Haryana

SINC NETWORK is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer for their Gurugram, Haryana location. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in both frontend and backend development, with a proven ability to build scalable, high-performance, and user-centric web and mobile applications. This is a full-time, in-person role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive web and mobile applications, encompassing both frontend and backend components.
• Build and maintain robust RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Translate UI/UX designs into clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Develop real-time features and seamlessly integrate third-party APIs and SDKs.
• Design and implement scalable system architectures, including microservices, caching strategies, and load handling mechanisms.
• Optimize application performance for high-traffic environments.
• Implement secure authentication mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth, and rate limiting.
• Manage databases (SQL and NoSQL), caching layers, and deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and efficiently resolve production issues.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3 to 6 years of comprehensive full stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Frontend Expertise: React Native, Next.js, Expo, Tailwind CSS, Socket.io, TanStack (React Query).
• UI/UX Skills: Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, including wireframing, prototyping, design systems, and proficiency with Figma.
• Backend Expertise: Node.js, NestJS.
• Experience in API development, including Swagger/OpenAPI documentation and third-party integrations.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, and WebRTC.
• Database Knowledge: PostgreSQL (SQL) and Redis (NoSQL).
• Familiarity with system design principles, microservices, caching, and load balancing.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
• Understanding of asynchronous processing patterns (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Strong knowledge of web security best practices, including protection against SQL Injection, XSS, and CSRF attacks.
• Proficiency in Git/GitHub and experience working with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving capabilities.
