BAI Infosolutions Private Limited is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Full Stack Developer to join their dynamic tech team in Gurugram. This role offers a unique blend of software development and essential IT support responsibilities, contributing to the company's travel and fleet management platforms.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and will be instrumental in developing and maintaining scalable web applications. Beyond core development, you will be comfortable providing basic IT and office technical support, including troubleshooting laptop issues, resolving Wi-Fi and network problems, managing software installations, and addressing other day-to-day technical needs within the office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain secure and scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
• Design and manage MongoDB databases effectively.
• Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using React.js.
• Develop robust backend APIs and services with Node.js and Express.js.
• Debug, optimize, and maintain existing applications to ensure peak performance.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Uphold code quality standards and adhere to best practices in development.
• Provide essential office IT support, including laptop setup and troubleshooting, network issue resolution, software deployment, and general technical assistance.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and effective frontend-backend integration.
• Familiarity with Git for version control.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to independently handle technical troubleshooting tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in full-stack/MERN stack development.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and web performance optimization techniques.
