Consistent availability within this window is essential. Please apply only if you are comfortable with this commitment. โš  Non-Negotiable: BTech / BCA / MCA with a live project component during graduation is mandatory. Your GitHub profile will be reviewed before your screening call. Profiles without genuine, deployed public projects will not advance, regardless of experience or education.About The RoleWe are hiring a Full Stack Developer to join an existing, senior-led product and engineering team at Neolytix. This is a full-time role, not an internship. You will work on live products used by healthcare providers across the US, collaborating daily with a Product Owner, senior developers, and cross-functional stakeholders on UK-aligned working hours that also overlap with the US.The technical bar here is real. We are looking for someone who has shipped code, not just studied it. Your GitHub profile will tell us more about you than your resume will. If your repos show consistent commits, genuine project depth, and code you'd stand behind, you will stand out. If they are empty or filled with tutorial clones, you won't.The core stack is Node.js, Python, SQL, and Docker. Frontend exposure in React or Next.js is needed. You will work across the full cycle: designing, building, testing, and deploying. You will participate in code reviews, work within CI/CD pipelines, and write code that will be flagged by SonarQube and Copilot. That is not a threat; it is the standard of the team you are joining. What You'll Build2. Frontend Development3. Database & Data Management4. DevOps & Deployment5. Code Quality & Collaboration Backend DevelopmentBuild and maintain server-side applications and REST APIs using Node.js, NestJS, and Express.jsWrite Python scripts and services for automation, data handling, and backend logicIntegrate third-party APIs and external services cleanly and reliablyEnsure backend code is tested, documented, and production-ready before it shipsDevelop responsive, user-facing interfaces using React and Next.jsCollaborate with the team on UI/UX decisions and implement them with clean, maintainable component structuresEnsure frontend and backend are tightly integrated and behave consistently in productionDesign and work with relational and non-relational databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDBWrite efficient SQL queries and apply core DBMS principles to schema design and data handlingHandle data migration, indexing, and query optimization as the product scalesContainerize applications using Docker and deploy to Azure environmentsWork within and contribute to CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable, repeatable deploymentsMaintain awareness of deployment health and flag risks before they reach productionParticipate in code reviews, giving and receiving feedback constructivelyWork within SonarQube and GitHub Copilot review workflows as standard practiceWrite clear documentation for your code, APIs, and architectural decisionsCommunicate proactively on blockers, progress, and handoffs in an async, cross-timezone team environment What You BringMust-Have BTech / BCA / MCA degree with a live project component during graduation. Non-negotiable1 to 2 years of full-time experience, or an in-depth internship with real delivery ownership across the stack (not shadow work or tutorial projects)Hands-on Node.js: you have built backend services, not just read the docsPython: working knowledge for scripting, automation, or backend servicesCore DBMS and SQL: schema design, query writing, joins, indexing basicsDocker: containerization fundamentals and working knowledge of container-based deploymentsGit: disciplined commit history, branching, and PR-based workflowPublic GitHub profile with genuine, deployed projects. This is reviewed before the screening callAI-assisted development tools: working knowledge of GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent as part of your daily coding workflow. This is standard practice on the team, not a bonus skillClaude Code: hands-on familiarity with Claude Code as an agentic coding assistant. Used on this team for autonomous code generation, refactoring, writing and running tests, debugging complex issues, and scaffolding new features. If you have not used it, you should know what it is and be ready to adopt it from day onePrompt engineering fundamentals: ability to write structured, effective prompts for code generation, debugging assistance, and feature development. You know how to get useful output, not just any output Strong Preference NestJS and Express.js for backend service developmentReact and Next.js for frontend developmentPostgreSQL or MySQL as a primary relational databaseExperience with third-party API integration (payment gateways, CRMs, communication platforms, etc.)Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Azure deployment environments Nice-to-Have SonarQube familiarity and experience working within automated code quality pipelinesLinearB familiarityCross-platform mobile development (React Native or Flutter)Cloud platform exposure: AWS or FirebaseDevOps tooling: Blob storage, Prometheus, or Grafana Who You Are Async-first communicator. You write clearly, document blockers before being asked, and don't go dark on a cross-timezone teamCode owner, not task completer. You push code you would be proud of in production, not code that just passes the sprint boardFeedback-forward. SonarQube flags and Copilot review comments are part of your workflow, not a judgment on youBuilder with proof. Your GitHub shows consistent work over time, projects that actually run, and code that reflects learning. Not one-commit repos from a bootcampCurious over defensive. You ask good questions and admit what you don't know. In a senior-mentored team, that compounds faster than pretending Eligibility Criteria Education: BTech / BCA / MCA with live project experience during graduation is mandatory. Degrees without a project component or from programmes that didn't require hands-on delivery will not be consideredGitHub: A public GitHub profile with genuine, deployed projects is required before your screening call. Repos with one commit, empty ReadMEs, or only tutorial clones will not count. We look at commit history, not just code volumeLinkedIn: Your profile should be current, accurate, and professional. It will be reviewed alongside your GitHub before screeningShift Commitment: UK-aligned shift, 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST, with flexibility based on project needs and team overlap. Comfortable availability within this window is requiredNotice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred. Longer notices considered only for a strong match Performance Expectations (KPIs)In the first 90 days, you will be measured on: Ramp time: actively contributing to sprint tasks within the first 30 days, independently owning features by day 60Code quality: SonarQube and Copilot review pass rates trending cleanly within 60 daysSprint delivery: features and fixes shipped on time with documented, reviewable codeBug rate: low defect density in code pushed to staging and productionCommunication quality: async updates, blockers flagged proactively, no chasing requiredPR hygiene: clean pull requests with meaningful descriptions and responsive turnaround on review feedback Hiring Process Stage 1: Talent Management screening, GitHub profile review, and LinkedIn review. Profiles without a public GitHub will not progressStage 2: Technical assessment. This is skills-heavy with real-world simulations, not MCQs. Expect coding tasks that reflect the actual stack and problems you will encounter on the jobStage 3: Technical interview with the Product Owner and a senior developer from the team, covering your assessment output, your GitHub projects, and your approach to building and debuggingStage 4: Final discussion and offer Why Join NeolytixReal Work from Day 1You join a live product team and own real features from the start, not shadow tasks or mock projects.Senior MentorshipWork directly with experienced developers and a Product Owner in a structured, code-review-driven environment.International ExposureUK-aligned shift with US overlap means you work with global stakeholders and build communication habits that will carry through your career.Competitive PackageCompensation benchmarked for a 1 to 2 year profile in Delhi NCR, with a clear path to scope expansion based on delivery.Questions?
