Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Faridabad, Haryana. This role involves end-to-end development of scalable applications, encompassing both frontend and backend responsibilities. You will be instrumental in building robust APIs, integrating diverse systems, and contributing to our product architecture. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications across frontend and backend
• Build reusable, scalable, and secure REST APIs
• Design and manage database structures and queries
• Integrate third-party APIs and financial/business systems
• Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to understand requirements
• Debug, test, and optimize application performance
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Participate in deployment, server management, and production support
• Ensure application security, responsiveness, and data integrity

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and modern development practices
• Experience with Node.js, Express.js, and backend API development
• Experience with React.js for frontend development
• Good understanding of MongoDB and/or MySQL / SQL Server
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap/Tailwind
• Experience in API integration and JSON-based data handling
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub version control
• Understanding of authentication systems such as JWT
• Basic understanding of deployment on AWS / VPS / Linux / Nginx / PM2
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial services, fintech, KYC, or mutual fund platforms
• Knowledge of multi-tenant architecture
• Experience with Socket.io, real-time systems, or notification services
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud deployment workflows
• Understanding of report generation such as PDF/Excel exports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Equivalent practical experience is also valued
