About the Role

We are looking for a versatile Full Stack Developer & Digital Growth Executive based in Mumbai. This role offers an exciting opportunity within a growing startup environment where you can build websites from scratch, maintain company and client sites, manage digital advertising and analytics, support SEO efforts, and assist with social media and content creation.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Website Development: Design responsive websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Wix Studio/Velo. Focus on UI/UX and conversion optimization.
  Maintenance: Manage hosting, domains, DNS, backups, security (MFA), and performance improvements like Core Web Vitals.
• Digital Marketing: Optimize Google Ads campaigns including keyword research, budget management, and landing page alignment. Ensure efficient ad spend.
  Analytics: Set up GA4, GTAG, and Search Console to track traffic sources, conversions, and user behavior.
• SEO & Growth: Implement on-page/technical SEO, optimize for Local Business Profile, monitor indexing issues, and manage online reputation.
  Social Media: Manage profiles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), publish content, create Reels via basic video editing tools like CapCut/Figma Canva, and maintain a content calendar.
• Business Development: Update website services/testimonials, build case studies, research new technologies/AI opportunities, and communicate progress clearly to management.
  Innovation: Work with React/Next.js (if applicable), integrate third-party APIs/CRM/payment gateways, and ensure mobile-first performance.

Required Skills & Experience

- Vitals: 2-4 years experience preferred.
Tech Stack: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (essential). Practical Wix Studio/Velo skills are a must. Familiarity with Git/GitHub is required.
Digital Skills: Google Ads optimization, GA4 proficiency, SEO fundamentals, and social media management tools (Canva/Figma/Video editors).

• Soft Skills: Ability to work independently in a startup environment, proactively identify improvements, strong troubleshooting skills, and clear communication.
  To Have: React/Node.js knowledge, database experience (MySQL/PostgreSQL), CRM integrations, Figma proficiency.
