Full Stack Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer (SDE-1) with strong expertise in modern web technologies and a focus on AI-first development. You will build scalable applications across frontend and backend, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage cutting-edge AI-powered development tools to deliver high-quality software efficiently.

• Develop, test, and deploy full-stack features for our growing portfolio of dental management platforms.
• Create responsive, high-performance user interfaces using Next.js, React, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Architect and implement scalable backend services utilizing Node.js, Express.js/NestJS, REST APIs, JWT/OAuth authentication.
• Leverage MongoDB for data persistence and Redis for caching to ensure application reliability and speed.
• Integrate AWS cloud infrastructure including EC2, S3, CloudFront, Lambda, and CloudWatch.
  
  

Key Responsibilities
- Write clean, maintainable code following industry best practices and engineering standards.
- Utilize AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to accelerate development cycles for debugging, testing, and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, QA Engineers, and fellow Developers throughout the SDLC.

• Troubleshoot production issues proactively and contribute to system reliability improvements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 2+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
- Proficiency with the MERN stack: MongoDB, Express.js/Node.js, React, Next.js.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and modern authentication flows.
- Experience with Git version control and CI/CD pipeline workflows.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda).

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.
