About the Role
We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with a strong backend development focus to join our team in Delhi. You will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling innovative software applications that enhance digital healthcare experiences for patients and providers. This role involves working across both frontend and backend systems to ensure seamless integration, scalability, and optimal performance. Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring junior developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications.
- Build robust backend services, APIs, and database structures, including testing and deployment.
- Develop engaging user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks.
- Collaborate effectively within an agile team environment with designers, analysts, and product owners.
- Design and document APIs for efficient cross-team and cross-system communication.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
- Contribute to the development of CRM and other healthcare-focused products.
- Mentor junior developers, promoting code quality and adherence to best practices.

Eligibility Criteria
- 2-5 years of relevant full stack development experience with a strong backend focus.
- Minimum qualification: B.Tech in Computer Science (mandatory).
- Hands-on expertise in Node.js, MongoDB, and building scalable backend systems.
- Exposure to frontend frameworks like React.js/React Native.
- Prior experience in CRM development is advantageous.
- Academic background from premier institutions like IITs, IISc, NITs, or equivalent is preferred.
