About the Role

Mystery Rooms is seeking two skilled Full Stack Developers with 2-3 years of experience to join our dedicated in-house technology team. This role is crucial in developing and enhancing internal tools, automation systems, insightful dashboards, and engaging customer-facing web applications, all aimed at improving operational efficiency and elevating user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive full-stack applications utilizing the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
• Construct responsive and intuitive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks like React, with support from Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.
• Build and optimize high-performance web applications leveraging Next.js for enhanced speed and server-side rendering capabilities.
• Manage, optimize, and ensure the integrity of databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Develop robust RESTful APIs, implement secure authentication mechanisms (JWT), and craft efficient backend logic.
• Collaborate effectively with operations and other tech team members to design and implement critical internal solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, continuously improve existing systems, and implement performance optimizations.
• Utilize Git for version control and actively participate in constructive code reviews.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience with the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
• Proficiency in Next.js, including experience with server-side rendering.
• Strong command over fundamental web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with UI frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.
• Demonstrated experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Solid understanding of API integration, authentication protocols, and backend development principles.
• Familiarity and practical experience with Git/GitHub for version control.

Good to Have

• Prior experience in developing automation workflows or building sophisticated dashboard systems.
• Knowledge of cloud deployment platforms such as AWS, Vercel, or similar.
• An understanding of microservices architecture is considered a plus.
