Full Stack Developer - Delhi

TOO PERSONAL CARE WELLNESS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer for their Delhi office. This role focuses on building and maintaining scalable web and mobile applications, with a strong emphasis on integrating AI tools to boost coding productivity, code quality, and development workflows. The ideal candidate will be proficient in frontend frameworks, backend development, database management, and eager to embrace AI-assisted development practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications.
• Leverage AI-powered tools for enhanced development efficiency in coding, debugging, optimization, and testing.
• Build and maintain responsive, high-performance user interfaces using Next.js, React.js, and jQuery, integrating seamlessly with Java-based backend services.
• Develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services and APIs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.

Mandatory Skills

• Excellent knowledge of AI usage in coding, including AI-assisted development, debugging, refactoring, and testing.
• Strong experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and modern frontend development.
• Proficiency in jQuery for DOM manipulation and legacy UI support.
• Hands-on experience in Flutter for cross-platform mobile app development.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Git and version control workflows.

Additional Skills

• Experience with Spring Boot for backend development and microservices.
• Knowledge of MariaDB (or similar relational databases) including schema design and query optimization.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3 to 4 years of professional experience in full stack or application development.

This is a full-time, in-person role requiring availability from Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6:30 PM IST, with potential availability beyond standard hours as business needs dictate.
