Full Stack Developer

Suryaa Loans is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team in Delhi. This role is crucial for the development, management, and ongoing optimization of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Loan Management System (LMS). The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen and proven experience in building scalable fintech solutions. This is a full-time, in-person position.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain our core CRM system to enhance customer engagement and service.
• Build and optimize the Loan Management System (LMS) for efficient loan processing and administration.
• Design and manage robust backend APIs and database architecture to support system functionality.
• Focus on frontend UI/UX improvements for internal dashboards, enhancing user experience and productivity.
• Integrate essential third-party APIs, including payment gateways, KYC verification services, and SMS notification systems.
• Ensure adherence to data security protocols and relevant compliance standards within the financial sector.
• Proactively troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to maintain optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to implement workflow automation.
• Drive improvements in system performance, scalability, and overall efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated strong experience in Full Stack Development.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React or Angular.
• Expertise in backend development using Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar server-side languages.
• Mandatory experience with the development or significant customization of CRM or LMS platforms.
• Solid knowledge of relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Proven experience with designing and implementing REST APIs and system integrations.
• A good understanding of fintech principles or loan processing systems is highly preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
