Full Stack developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise-scale AI & LLM solutions, as well as custom full-stack applications. You will enable innovation, automation, and enhanced business outcomes across HR, Legal, and Finance functions at NetApp.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions integrated with HR, Finance, and ticketing/DevOps platforms to drive business transformation and operational efficiency.
• Lead the development of custom applications across HR and Legal domains using modern full-stack technologies, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Effectively communicate project objectives, key deliverables, milestones, achievements, and business outcomes to senior management and stakeholders through clear updates.
• Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve project risks by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and recommending practical solutions.
