Full Stack Developer

Codersbay Technologies is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with 3-4 years of experience to join their engineering team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This full-time, permanent role requires an immediate joiner.

About the Role

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications. You will work across both frontend and backend layers, ensuring performance, responsiveness, and seamless integration. This position emphasizes scalable architectures, modern frameworks, and robust system design principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
• Create responsive and high-performance user interfaces with React.js.
• Implement efficient state management using Redux.
• Contribute to microservices architecture and overall system design.
• Architect and manage MongoDB databases for optimal performance and scalability.
• Utilize Redis for caching and performance optimization.
• Integrate and manage third-party APIs.
• Translate UI/UX designs into functional, visually appealing interfaces.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3-4 years of professional full stack development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Hands-on experience with React.js and Redux.
• Strong backend experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Solid understanding of system design and scalable application architecture.
• Expertise in MongoDB and database design.
• Experience with Redis.
• Proven experience in API integration.
• Familiarity with Git.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Docker.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with animation libraries.
• Understanding of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
