Full Stack Developer

As a Full Stack Developer for the AIM initiative in Bengaluru, Karnataka, you will be instrumental in building the core platform experiences and services that empower engineers and domain experts. Your responsibilities will include designing, deploying, and governing solution workflows, bridging the gap between user-friendly product design and intricate system capabilities. You will translate complex orchestration, governance, and deployment logic into intuitive and reliable software solutions.

This hands-on role offers exposure to cutting-edge AI platforms, edge-cloud architectures, and enterprise-grade systems. Key tasks involve developing front-end website architecture and user interactions, building back-end applications, creating robust servers and databases, ensuring cross-platform optimization for edge devices, and maintaining application responsiveness. You will oversee projects from conception to completion, design and develop APIs, and stay current with web application and programming language advancements.

You will collaborate closely with lead architects, AI experts, and program managers to translate platform requirements into scalable implementations, participate in design reviews, technical planning, and rapid prototyping. Ensuring high standards of performance, reliability, and security across the technology stack is paramount. You will contribute to MVPs, demos, and production-ready components with clear ownership and documentation.

Technical Skills:

• Frontend: 3-7 years of experience with React or Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, state management, data visualization, real-time dashboards, and associated frameworks. Experience building data-rich dashboards and real-time monitoring interfaces is essential.
• Backend: 3-7 years of experience with Node.js, TypeScript, Python, Go, Java 8+, Spring Boot, NGINX, REST API design, and event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ). Proficiency with SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, Neo4j) databases, including Vector DBs, is required. Experience in microservices architecture and distributed systems is also crucial. Experience with database access frameworks like Hibernate, Entity Framework, or SQLAlchemy is beneficial.
• Agile & DevOps: Experience with Agile and DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence, Selenium, SonarQube. Comfort working in Agile methodologies is expected.
• Platform & DevOps: Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps principles, including Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Git workflows is necessary.

Nice-to-Have: Edge computing, OAuth2/RBAC, RUST.

Key Performance Indicators & Expectations: Consistent delivery of high-quality features aligned with platform milestones, clear ownership of components across frontend and backend, and the ability to move quickly during MVP phases while maintaining architectural integrity.

Ideal Candidate Profile: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, B.Tech, or Computer Engineering (or equivalent) with 3-7 years of full-stack development experience. The candidate should be a fast learner with strong technical acumen, curious, pragmatic, comfortable iterating in fast-evolving environments, and adept at collaborating across technical and business teams.
