Full Stack Developer

About the Role:

We are looking for a versatile Full Stack Developer who can work across frontend, backend, databases, and infrastructure while collaborating effectively with a fast-moving team. The ideal candidate is multilingual in technology stacks, comfortable switching between responsibilities, and capable of owning features end-to-end.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain modern web applications using React and Next.js.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python, Django, Django REST Framework (DRF), and Wagtail.
• Build and manage CMS-driven platforms and custom content workflows.
• Design, optimize, and manage SQL databases and related data workflows.
• Work on deployment pipelines, server management, and DevOps-related tasks.

Required Skills:

• Frontend: Strong experience with React/Next.js, state management (Redux/Zustand/etc.), SSR/SSG concepts, responsive UI development, and performance optimization.
• Backend: Proficiency in Python/Django/Wagtail, REST API design, authentication/security best practices.
• Data & Infra: SQL database mastery, optimized queries, Linux server management, Docker/containers, CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaboration: Git workflows, code reviews, cross-functional teamwork.

Nice to Have:

• Scales production applications experience
• Headless CMS architecture knowledge
• Paidment integration and real-time feature implementation
