Full Stack Developer - Bengaluru/Bangalore, India

Wing Assistant is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join their team in Bengaluru/Bangalore, India. This role requires proficiency in both frontend and backend development to build scalable web applications, APIs, and user interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and high-performance user interfaces.
• Translate UI/UX designs into functional web applications.
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
• Ensure cross-browser and mobile compatibility.
• Design and build RESTful / GraphQL APIs.
• Develop business logic and database architecture.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, email providers, storage solutions, and AI APIs.
• Design schemas and manage databases effectively.
• Write optimized queries and ensure database performance.
• Work with cloud platforms for deployments and management.
• Debug production issues and monitor system health.
• Participate actively in code reviews.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and designers.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Requirements

• Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
• Backend development experience with Node.js, Python, Java, or Go.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and REST APIs.
• Database experience with SQL technologies such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Redis.
• Proficiency in Git and common Git workflows.
• Basic understanding of Docker for containerization.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to Have

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of WebSockets and real-time systems.
• Prior experience with AI integrations or API integrations.
• System design experience.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, PyTest).
• Skills in performance optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of full stack development experience.
