Full Stack Developer - Bengaluru

Arctic Wolf Networks is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team in Bengaluru. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend modern application development with deep expertise in customizing, integrating, and extending the ServiceNow platform. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining robust full-stack applications, while also significantly contributing to our ServiceNow ecosystem.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance full-stack applications leveraging contemporary frameworks and languages.
• Translate documented business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Construct integrations across various business systems, APIs, and data sources, with guidance from senior team members.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, actively participating in unit testing and debugging.
• Configure and support fundamental ServiceNow components, including UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and basic workflows.
• Engage in daily ServiceNow platform administration under senior supervision.
• Provide support for system upgrades, application enhancements, and release activities.
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation for solutions, data flows, and development processes.
• Contribute to Knowledge Management initiatives through documentation and sharing of developed solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Business Systems, Security, Identity, and Infrastructure.

Key Skills Required:

• A solid background in full-stack development (frontend, backend, databases).
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, Python, SQL, and APIs.
• Basic to intermediate experience in ServiceNow development.
• A strong understanding of integrations, workflows, and data transformations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Demonstrated experience with automation and/or integrations.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration or scripting.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Orchestration, or Integrations.
• Familiarity with enterprise business systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, CMS).
• A clear understanding of Okta, Okta Workflows, and Identity Access Management.
• Experience working within an ITIL-oriented environment.
