Full Stack Developer - Remote (Bangalore Based)

Punditry Tech Labs is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a remote work environment and possesses a strong understanding of both frontend and backend development, with a particular emphasis on React or React Native. While not a mobile-centric position, you will be instrumental in building scalable, well-structured applications and collaborating across the full technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to frontend and backend development using React/React Native.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development.
• At least 3+ years of hands-on experience with React or React Native.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Solid experience with Node.js (must-have).
• Experience with AWS (must-have).
• Experience working with REST APIs and backend integrations.
• Good understanding of application architecture and best practices.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Python.
• Familiarity with modern CI/CD workflows.
• Prior experience across both web and mobile projects.

We are looking for a practical, self-motivated individual who takes ownership and requires minimal supervision. Strong fundamentals and the ability to build across systems are prioritized over specialized mobile expertise.

This is a fully remote role, with a specific requirement for candidates to be based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
