Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities:

• Build and scale complex employee engagement software featuring a rich analytical UI tailored for Bangalore markets.
• Work on topical text analysis and data-driven ML projects to enhance user experience in India.
• Design and implement scalable architecture capable of growing alongside product demands in the Indian tech ecosystem.
• Take end-to-end ownership of process, architecture, and infrastructure for the entire product lifecycle.
• Ensure code reliability through comprehensive unit testing practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders across geographies to achieve strategic objectives.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional experience in MERN stack development, relevant for roles based in India or remote settings.
