Full Stack Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with strong analytical skills to join our team in Gurgaon/Gurugram. You will be responsible for understanding requirements and user stories, translating them into efficient designs, and producing effective, testable code. As a developer, you'll play a key role in both unit and integrated testing. You will demonstrate autonomy in your work, proactively seeking information and assistance when needed. Collaboration is key; you'll be able to understand and integrate with existing codebases and designs, working inclusively within a team to achieve shared goals and deliver according to plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new features from conception through to production deployment.
• Manage aspects of our SaaS product, including production monitoring and incident resolution on the cloud platform.
• Integrate your work with team methodologies such as continuous integration/continuous delivery, automated testing, and standard process definition.
• Collaborate with diverse, innovative, and forward-thinking teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, or a related software engineering field.
• Proven experience in software development.
• Ability to independently explore and understand existing codebases.
• Curiosity about the functional aspects of our finance industry products is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient English communication skills (written and spoken).

This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary range of INR 100,000-400,000, suitable for candidates with 1 to 4 years of experience.
