Full Stack Developer (ReactJS + NodeJS)

A confidential IT company based in Chennai is actively seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with 3-4 years of experience to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent role ideal for immediate joiners. The position involves working on high-traffic, transaction-heavy platforms for US-based clients in the eCommerce and FinTech domains.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing responsive frontend applications using ReactJS, building and maintaining REST APIs with NodeJS and Express, and working with modern database systems such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB. You will also implement robust authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices, integrate payment gateways, and optimize application performance. Collaboration with US stakeholders in Agile sprints is a key part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive frontend applications using ReactJS.
• Build and maintain REST APIs using NodeJS & Express.
• Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices.
• Integrate payment gateways and transaction systems.
• Optimize application performance and database queries.
• Write clean, testable, and production-ready code.
• Collaborate with US stakeholders in Agile sprints.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Backend development with NodeJS & Express.
• Database experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Experience building RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience in eCommerce or FinTech domain is preferred.

Nice to Have:

• Payment gateway integrations (Stripe/PayPal/etc.).
• AWS / Docker exposure.
• Understanding of secure transaction systems (PCI basics).
