Overview
We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic engineering team in Bangalore. This role focuses on developing high-performance frontend applications using Angular (preferred) or React.js and building scalable backend services with Node.js. You will contribute to a financial/budgeting platform, emphasizing performance, reliability, and seamless integration of third-party APIs in a high-traffic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend Development
- Develop responsive, high-performance UI components using Angular (preferred) or React.js.
- Manage application state effectively with NgRx, RxJS (Angular) or Redux (React).
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to translate wireframes into functional interfaces.
Backend Development
- Build and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design and implement robust RESTful APIs.
- Integrate third-party APIs and ensure reliable data processing with retry/queue mechanisms.
Database & Performance
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases for high-volume transactional data.
- Implement Redis caching to enhance system performance.
- Monitor and improve application speed, scalability, and reliability.
API & Security
- Develop secure APIs utilizing JWT and OAuth 2.0.
- Adhere to best practices using OpenAPI/Swagger for documentation.
- Ensure code quality through rigorous reviews and adherence to standards.
Collaboration
- Work closely with stakeholders to define technical requirements.
- Clearly communicate architectural decisions and trade-offs.
- Actively participate in Agile processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
