Mindrops Solution Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team in Anandvas Shakurpur, Delhi. This role involves the end-to-end development of scalable and high-performing software solutions.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust software solutions. You will collaborate within a cross-functional team, contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from initial concept and requirement gathering to deployment and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of UI/UX principles. Knowledge and practical application of AI technologies are mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and development teams to conceptualize and implement software solutions.
• Demonstrate strong hands-on experience with React, Node.js, SQL, and AI-related integrations/tools.
• Design and develop both client-side and server-side architectures.
• Build responsive, visually appealing, and user-friendly front-end interfaces.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain back-end systems and databases.
• Write efficient, reusable, scalable, and well-documented code and REST APIs.
• Implement AI-based features or integrate AI models/APIs into applications as required.
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure responsiveness, performance, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
• Implement industry-standard security and data protection measures.
• Ensure cross-platform optimization and mobile responsiveness.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Work closely with data scientists, QA teams, and analysts to enhance software functionality.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong hands-on expertise with React, Node.js, and SQL.
• Mandatory knowledge and understanding of AI concepts, tools, or integrations.
• Experience developing both desktop and mobile-friendly applications.
• Familiarity with common development stacks and cloud services.
• Strong understanding of front-end and back-end frameworks, architecture, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.

Additional Information

• Experience: 6 Months to 4 Years. Preferred experience in AI (2 years), Full-stack development (2 years), React (2 years), Node.js (2 years), and SQL (2 years).
• CTC: Competitive salary based on skills and knowledge.
• Location: Anandvas Shakurpur, Delhi. Preference for local candidates and those who can reliably commute or plan to relocate.
• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
• Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month.
• Service Agreement: A service agreement of 18 to 24 months may be required.
