We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who can work across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and AI/LLM integrations to develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Next.js, React.js, Node.js, and AI/LLM/RAG /Python technologies.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, testing, and maintaining complete web applications. The role requires strong frontend and backend development capabilities along with practical knowledge of integrating Large Language Models, Generative AI, RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and AI APIs into production applications.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced product environment and collaborating with UI/UX designers, Project Managers, Technical Leads, AI/ML Engineers, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams.

Key Responsibilities
1. Frontend Development

• Develop responsive and scalable web applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Build reusable, maintainable, and high-performance UI components.
• Implement modern frontend architecture and state management.
• Work with Next.js routing, SSR, SSG, API routes, middleware, and server-side functionality.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services.
• Implement responsive designs based on UI/UX specifications.
• Optimize applications for performance, SEO, accessibility, and scalability.
• Handle authentication, authorization, sessions, and role-based access control.
• Debug and resolve frontend issues across browsers and devices.

2. Backend Development
Candidates with strong backend development experience in Node.js OR Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) can be considered for the position.

• Develop scalable and high-performance backend applications using Python with FastAPI, Django, and Flask.
• Build robust RESTful APIs, backend services, and microservices for SaaS and enterprise applications.
• Design secure, modular, reusable, and maintainable backend architectures.
• Develop APIs using FastAPI with asynchronous programming, dependency injection, request validation, and automatic API documentation.
• Develop web applications and backend systems using Django, including Django REST Framework (DRF), ORM, middleware, authentication, and admin functionality.
• Develop lightweight and modular backend services using Flask and its extensions where required.
• Implement authentication, authorization, JWT/OAuth, role-based access control, input validation, logging, and error handling.
• Design and develop database models, schemas, relationships, migrations, and optimized database queries.
• Integrate third-party APIs, external services, payment gateways, cloud services, and enterprise systems.
• Develop business logic, reusable backend modules, services, utilities, and APIs for scalable SaaS applications.
• Optimize API performance, database queries, memory usage, and response times.
• Implement asynchronous programming, background tasks, job queues, scheduled jobs, and event-driven architecture where required.
• Work with Celery, Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar background-processing and messaging technologies.
• Implement proper API versioning, pagination, filtering, caching, rate limiting, and request/response handling.
• Write clean, modular, reusable, and well-documented Python code following PEP 8 and industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain unit tests, integration tests, API tests, and automated testing frameworks.
• Implement secure coding practices to protect backend applications against common vulnerabilities such as SQL Injection, XSS, CSRF, authentication issues, and unauthorized access.
• Work with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, cloud platforms, monitoring, and deployment environments.
• Troubleshoot production issues, analyze logs, identify root causes, and implement reliable backend solutions.
• Collaborate with Frontend, AI/ML, DevOps, QA, Product, and other engineering teams to deliver end-to-end applications.

2. Backend Development

• Develop scalable backend applications using Node.js.
• Build RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Design secure and reusable API architectures.
• Implement authentication, authorization, validation, logging, and error handling.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
• Develop business logic and backend modules for SaaS and enterprise applications.
• Optimize backend performance and API response times.
• Work with asynchronous programming, background jobs, queues, and event-driven architecture where required.

3. AI / LLM Integration

• Integrate LLM and Generative AI capabilities into web applications.
• Work with APIs from OpenAI and other LLM providers.
• Develop AI-powered features such as:

• Intelligent search
• Content generation
• Document analysis
• Summarization
• Question answering
• AI recommendations
• Classification and extraction
• Develop effective prompts and structured AI workflows.
• Handle LLM responses, streaming, context management, token limitations, and error handling.

4. RAG Development

• Develop and integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications.
• Work with document ingestion and processing pipelines.
• Implement:

• LLM response generation
• Work with vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS, or equivalent technologies.
• Improve retrieval quality, relevance, latency, and response accuracy.
• Implement metadata filtering and hybrid search where required.
• Build knowledge-base and enterprise document intelligence solutions.

5. Database Development

• Work with MongoDB and/or MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Design database schemas and data models.
• Develop efficient queries and indexes.
• Implement CRUD operations and transaction handling.
• Optimize database performance.
• Work with data relationships, aggregation, pagination, and search.
• Ensure data integrity and secure database access.

6. API & System Integration

• Develop and consume REST APIs.
• Integrate third-party services, payment APIs, authentication services, cloud services, and AI APIs.
• Work with JSON, HTTP, WebSockets, and asynchronous APIs.
• Implement API validation, security, rate limiting, logging, and monitoring.
• Coordinate with frontend, backend, AI/ML, QA, and DevOps teams for end-to-end integration.

7. Security & Performance

• Follow secure coding practices.
• Protect APIs and applications against common web vulnerabilities.
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Secure API keys, tokens, credentials, and sensitive information.
• Optimize frontend rendering, API performance, database queries, and AI response latency.
• Participate in code reviews and technical quality checks.

8. Testing & Debugging

• Write clean and testable code.
• Perform unit, integration, and functional testing.
• Debug frontend, backend, API, database, and AI integration issues.
• Work closely with QA teams to resolve defects.
• Ensure applications meet functional, performance, and security requirements.

9. Deployment & Collaboration

• Collaborate with DevOps engineers for application deployment and production releases.
• Understand basic Docker, CI/CD, cloud deployment, and environment configuration.
• Work with Git and Git-based development workflows.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings, sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions.
• Prepare technical documentation when required.
