We are seeking experienced Full Stack Developers to join our global network of AI Trainers. In this role, you will help shape the evolution of artificial intelligence by designing complex coding problems, evaluating model-generated code for technical accuracy, and providing critical feedback on system performance. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and solve intricate coding challenges to train AI models.
- Analyze and debug AI-generated code, ensuring high standards of performance and readability.
- Compose clear, pedagogical explanations to guide AI learning processes.
Qualifications
- Professional fluency in English.
- Expertise in at least one key language/framework, such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Java, or Go.
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress).
- Strong background as a Software Engineer or Full Stack Developer.
Work Environment
This is a 100% remote contract position open to residents of the US, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and select European and South American countries. Work on your own schedule using your personal hardware.
