Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead who is not just a manager but a strong hands-on executor — someone who actively writes production-grade code, drives engineering delivery, and mentors the development team.

The candidate will work closely with the CTO to define and implement the product roadmap, own system architecture, and ensure the engineering team delivers high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture, development, and deployment of SaaS modules with a focus on performance, scalability, and security
• Write production-level code while mentoring and guiding a team of full-stack engineers
• Work closely with Product and Design teams to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Drive development across multiple layers of the stack:
• Backend
  • Python (Django, DRF) OR Node.js (Express, API integrations)
• Frontend
  • React (modern hooks, reusable components)
  • Angular (for legacy systems and feature updates)
• Cloud & DevOps
  • AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch, VPC)
• Database
  • PostgreSQL
  • MySQL
• Establish and enforce engineering best practices including code quality, CI/CD, observability, and security
• Ensure systems are fault-tolerant, scalable, cost-efficient, and maintainable
• Participate in technical hiring, sprint planning, and code reviews

Additional Technical Knowledge

• RESTful API design
• Asynchronous processing (Celery, SQS)
• Strong debugging and architectural problem-solving skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with SaaS security and compliance (SOC 2, multi-tenancy, data privacy)
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK)
• Knowledge of container orchestration (ECS, EKS)
• Exposure to document processing, PDF parsing, or Generative AI tools

Compensation and Benefits

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
