Full Stack Developer - Hiya Digital Private Limited

Hiya Digital Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Web Developer with a minimum of two years of experience in advanced dynamic web development. This role is ideal for a professional with strong expertise in building scalable, database-driven applications and managing high-traffic websites, emphasizing performance, security, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic, database-driven web applications.
• Build scalable and high-performance systems capable of handling significant traffic.
• Develop both frontend and backend components of web applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code adhering to industry best practices.
• Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability.
• Design and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Manage deployments, server configurations, and hosting environments.
• Ensure application security and implement best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
• Strong proficiency in frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as Next.js, React, Angular, and Node.js.
• Strong backend development experience in at least one of the following: PHP (Core PHP, Laravel, CodeIgniter) or .NET Core (C#), or similar technologies.
• Solid experience with database systems like MySQL or MSSQL.
• Proven experience building, upgrading, and maintaining high-traffic, database-driven websites.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and system architecture.
• Experience with server management and hosting environments (Linux/LAMP or Windows/IIS).
• Knowledge of version control systems, specifically Git.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar).
• Knowledge of caching mechanisms like Redis or Memcached.
• Familiarity with Docker or containerization technologies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of microservices architecture (optional).
• Proficiency in SEO and performance optimization techniques.
