Full - Stack Architect

We seek an engineering leader who is also a strong developer to make critical architectural decisions for large-scale B2C products where performance and scalability are vital. You will lead technical direction, mentor teams, and solve complex challenges in high-traffic environments.

• Lead and mentor a team of 4-5 software engineers with strategic technical guidance.
• Architect and build scalable, resilient applications using Node.js and React for multi-tenant systems.
• Implement microservices-based architectures ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
• Leverage distributed system components including Kafka, Redis, message queues, and caching strategies.
• Drive engineering design decisions while collaborating with Product, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders across Europe.
• Mentor engineers to foster a strong culture of code quality, security adherence, and innovation.

You must have extensive hands-on experience with Node.js/NodeJS and React. A deep understanding of microservices, distributed systems, multi-tenant architecture, Kafka, Redis, and caching is essential. You should bring proven success leading teams in Agile/Scrum environments to build high-scale consumer-facing e-commerce products.

• Prior experience in retail/e-commerce/marketplace sectors.Expertise handling significant traffic spikes and transaction volumes on cloud platforms using modern DevOps practices. Key technologies include Node.js, React, Microservices, Kafka, Redis, System Design, E-commerce scaling.
