About This Role

This position is for a core technology team member at one of our client companies — a top-tier, VC-backed health-tech startup that has successfully raised $20M USD in funding.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship scalable, production-ready healthcare products from frontend to backend.
• Create end-to-end AI-powered workflows for real-world use cases.
• Develop robust applications using React/Next.js (frontend) and Node.js/Python/Java (backend).
• Integrate LLMs, GenAI, RAG, AI agents, and automation into production systems.
• Design APIs, manage SQL/NoSQL databases, and connect third-party services via cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Business teams to solve critical challenges.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in full-stack software development.
• Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in React or Next.js; Backend expertise with Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Data & Cloud: Experience with REST APIs and SQL/NoSQL databases on cloud infrastructure.
• AI Expertise: Practical experience building with LLMs, GenAI models, AI APIs, RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
