Full Stack AI Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a Full Stack AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy next-generation agentic systems. You will create full-stack AI features including document-centric interfaces, review flows, and real-time streaming interactions using ASP.NET Core Web API (Python/FastAPI) integrated with React/Next.js frontends.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop production-ready agentic workflows involving tool calling, multi-step logic, RAG pipelines, and structured output handling.
• Optimize AI-native UX patterns such as confidence indicators, source grounding, fallback states, and human-in-the-loop review flows.
• Build robust evaluation frameworks using golden datasets, regression gates, CI controls, and LLM-as-judge approaches to ensure quality before shipping.
• Manage context windows via token budgeting and implement graceful degradation strategies for unexpected model outputs.

Required Skills

Backend: Deep proficiency in .NET Core/ASP.NET Web API, SQL, Python (FastAPI), Pydantic v2, async patterns, and pytest. Hands-on experience with LangChain/LangGraph for stateful graphs and tool integration.
Frontend: Expertise in React/Next.js, TypeScript, component-based UI, and complex state management.

AI & Agentic Systems

• RAG Pipeline Engineering: Chunking strategies, embedding selection, vector store integration (pgvector/OpenSearch), and retrieval quality evaluation.
• Prompt Engineering: Design of structured outputs, system prompts, and multi-turn context management.
  
• Evaluation & Testing: Creating golden datasets for regression testing and defining deterministic metrics alongside LLM-based evaluations.

Generative AI Practices

Demonstrated ability to leverage AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) with critical judgment regarding code reliability. Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration logic, tool interfaces, and failure-handling patterns.
