Role Overview:

This is a full-time, remote position for a Full-Stack AI Developer. You will be instrumental in building and scaling advanced AI-powered applications, utilizing React for the frontend and Python FastAPI for the backend. The role encompasses end-to-end system design, integrating LLMs, implementing robust RAG pipelines, and optimizing performance for production environments. You will collaborate closely on developing intelligent products such as AI agents, customer engagement systems, and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable frontends using React / Next.js.
• Build high-performance APIs using Python FastAPI.
• Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
• Integrate LLMs using frameworks like LangChain / LlamaIndex.
• Optimize AI pipelines for latency, cost, and accuracy.
• Work with vector databases and embeddings.
• Build and deploy AI-powered features, including chat systems, agents, and automations.
• Collaborate effectively within a remote team to deliver production-ready features rapidly.
• Continuously experiment with new AI tools and frameworks.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in React for frontend development.
• Solid backend development experience with Python and FastAPI.
• Experience with REST APIs, asynchronous systems, and scalable architecture.
• Hands-on experience with RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LLM APIs, or similar frameworks.
• A strong understanding of system design and debugging.

Highly Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Antigravity, or similar.
• Proven experience building AI agents and automation workflows.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM optimization techniques.
• Experience with Docker and deployment pipelines.
• Prior work on AI SaaS products or production AI systems.
