Role: Full-Stack AI / Applied AI Engineer

Location: Netaji Subhash Place (NSP), Delhi | Work Mode: On-site / Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced engineer to independently solve complex business and technical problems. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on delivery, not research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze root causes of issues and design practical solutions.
• Architect systems for AI-powered applications, CRM dashboards, and case-management tools.
• Develop RAG pipelines, AI agents, and LLM-based workflows using OpenAI APIs.
• Create document-processing automation (OCR, extraction) with n8n or similar platforms.
• Optimize databases, debug production issues, and ensure secure deployments on AWS/GCP/Linux.

Required Skills:

• Frontend: React.js, Next.js, TypeScript
• Backend: Node.js/Express, Python (FastAPI/Django), REST APIs, RBAC security
• AI / GenAI: LangChain/LangGraph, Embeddings, Vector DBs (pgvector/Pinecone)
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis
• Infrastructure: Docker, CI/CD, Git, Linux/VPS

Preferred Experience:

• OCR and document AI integration.
• Elasticsearch/Qdrant vector search implementation.
• Multi-tenant application development.
• WhatsApp/Email automation workflows.

Candidate Profile:

We require a problem-solver who takes ownership from conception to deployment. You must be able to estimate timelines, deliver reliable code independently, and communicate technical issues clearly.

Requirements:

• Experience: 4–7+ years of professional software engineering (Internships/Projects only).
• Education: B.Tech / MCA or equivalent.
• Location: Must reside in Delhi-NCR.
