About the Role

Sims Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its technology team to build AI-powered products designed to improve healthcare administration and operations in Hyderabad, India (Hyderabad, Telangana). We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with 5–7 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain production-grade features across our full technology stack.
• Develop frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
• Create scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Contribute to Python services supporting AI and machine learning workflows.
• Build and deploy reliable LLM-powered and agentic features, including work on prompting, context management, tool calling, evaluations, observability, latency, and cost optimization.
• Make architectural decisions that support reliability, security, and scalability.
• Improve cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines (Hyderabad based).
• Translate complex healthcare workflows into simple product experiences.
• Establish standards for code quality, testing, documentation, and deployment.
• Review code and provide technical guidance to other engineers on the team in Hyderabad.
