Frontend Web Developer Role at Curapersonal Private Limited in Delhi

Curapersonal Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Frontend Web Developer with 2 to 6 years of experience in developing, enhancing, and maintaining visually appealing and user-friendly websites. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, alongside a solid understanding of web standards, performance optimization, and accessibility best practices. This is a permanent position based in Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

Web Development & Implementation

  • Develop responsive and interactive websites using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Convert UI/UX designs, mockups, and wireframes into clean, functional code.
  • Build reusable and maintainable frontend components.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility across major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).

Styling & Frameworks

  • Implement modern layouts using Bootstrap and/or Tailwind CSS.
  • Customize themes and UI components based on project requirements.
  • Maintain consistency in branding and design standards.

Performance & Optimization

  • Optimize websites for speed, scalability, and performance.
  • Improve page load times and overall user experience.
  • Implement SEO best practices including semantic HTML and structured data basics.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in frontend web development.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Experience working with Bootstrap and/or Tailwind CSS.
  • Familiarity with jQuery for DOM manipulation and event handling.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic understanding of responsive frameworks and mobile-first design.
