Frontend Technical Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Technical Lead with a strong background in Vue.js to define our front-end architecture. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the performance, scalability, and maintainability of our web applications. This leadership role demands deep technical expertise, effective mentorship, and seamless collaboration across various teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performance front-end solutions using Vue.js.
• Establish and enforce best practices for component-based development and reusable UI systems.
• Optimize front-end performance for rapid load times and exceptional user experiences.
• Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility across all devices.
• Collaborate with backend teams for seamless integration of RESTful APIs, GraphQL services (optional), and WebSockets.
• Integrate third-party SDKs and adeptly resolve complex technical challenges arising from these integrations.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews, uphold coding standards, and continuously improve development workflows.
• Mentor and guide front-end developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Communicate technical progress, identify risks, and propose solutions to stakeholders effectively.

Technical Skills

• Expertise in Vue.js (preferably Vue 3) and its ecosystem, including Vuex, Pinia, Vue Router, and Nuxt.js.
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS and SCSS.
• Experience with front-end architecture patterns and designing scalable UI systems.
• Familiarity with performance and build tools like Lighthouse, Vite, and Webpack.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern frontend development tooling.

Experience & Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of front-end development experience, with substantial hands-on Vue.js exposure.
• Proven experience in designing and architecting large-scale front-end applications.
• Prior experience in a lead or senior frontend developer role is highly desirable.
