iCIMS is seeking experienced Software Engineers for its Data Stream service in Hyderabad, India. This hybrid role involves building and maintaining scalable data APIs that allow clients to access and integrate their talent acquisition data. You will collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to design and develop user experiences that redefine career navigation. Your expertise in modern front-end and back-end development will directly impact products used by talent acquisition teams worldwide.

Responsibilities include architecting complex technical solutions, designing and developing scalable user interfaces with React and TypeScript, and REST API services with Node.js. You will lead the integration of customer-facing data and analytics solutions, including frontend applications with embedded business intelligence, datasets, predictive models, and conversational AI. Ensuring system reliability, security, and performance in cloud environments is key. You'll also collaborate on requirements, deliver features, write automated tests, lead code reviews, and drive improvements in engineering practices and system architecture, while growing your technical and leadership skills.

Qualifications require a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience, with 4+ years of professional software development. Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, or React is essential, along with proficiency in SPA and REST API architectures, modern software engineering practices (CI/CD, testing, agile), and cloud platforms. Experience with business intelligence tools is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are necessary, as is demonstrated experience in cross-functional work and technical project leadership.
