Frontend Salesforce Developer

S&P Global is seeking a highly skilled Frontend Salesforce Developer with expertise in mobility solutions to join their Commercial Platform Organization. This role involves designing and implementing responsive, high-performance user interfaces within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA specialists in a fast-paced environment to deliver impactful solutions. Key responsibilities include custom UI development using Lightning Web Components (LWC), state management, API integration, adherence to the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS), performance optimization, and ensuring mobile responsiveness. You will translate designs from tools like Figma and Sketch into pixel-perfect interfaces, advocate for usability and accessibility (WCAG standards), and create rapid prototypes. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of web development experience with modern frameworks (React, Vue, Angular are a plus) and 3+ years of specialized Salesforce development using LWC. Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), CSS3, HTML5, Salesforce platform tools (LWC, Salesforce CLI, Aura, Experience Cloud), design literacy (Figma/Adobe XD), Git version control, and Salesforce Governor Limits is required. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and front-end unit testing (Jest) is also valued. Required certifications include Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I and Salesforce Certified User Experience (UX) Designer, with Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PDI) being preferred.
