Frontend React Developer

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer with a strong primary expertise in Vue.js, complemented by hands-on experience in React and working knowledge of Node.js. In this role, you will lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications and contribute to innovative cross-platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and development of modern web applications, with a primary focus on Vue.js.
• Define scalable frontend architectures, including component design and state management strategies.
• Champion code quality, modularity, and maintainability across all frontend projects.
• Establish and enforce industry best practices, coding standards, and the creation of reusable UI components.
• Develop scalable, reusable, and accessible UI solutions.
• Gain exposure to Micro Frontend architectures.
• Utilize proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Integrate with REST APIs, manage code using Git, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• React.js (Secondary Skill):
• Contribute to and support ongoing projects utilizing React.js.
• Ensure consistency and reusability between Vue and React codebases.
• Assist with migration efforts or hybrid implementations as needed.
• Experience with state management solutions such as Vuex, Pinia, and Redux.
• Backend Collaboration (Node.js):
• Collaborate closely with backend development teams, contributing with Node.js where applicable.
• Define API contracts and efficiently integrate RESTful services.
• Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
• Performance & Optimization:
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Implement best practices for lazy loading, code splitting, and caching mechanisms.
• Monitor and actively improve application performance metrics.
• Leadership & Collaboration:
• Lead and mentor junior and mid-level frontend developers.
• Foster strong collaboration with designers, product managers, and backend engineering teams.
• Actively participate in solutioning sessions, technical estimations, and critical decision-making processes.

Good to Have

• Exposure to cross-platform development.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with AI-enabled frontend development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
