Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable frontend architecture using React.js
- Build and maintain complex, high-performance web applications with a focus on speed and scalability
- Lead frontend development efforts and mentor junior engineers within our startup environment
- Collaborate closely with product managers, backend developers, and designers to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Optimize applications for maximum compatibility across all major browsers and devices
- Maintain code quality through rigorous reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+)
- Advanced experience with React.js is required
- Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Familiarity with Git workflows and modern development tools
