Frontend Engineer

We are building a next-generation quick commerce platform focused on speed, reliability, and exceptional user experience. As an early team member, you will work closely with founders and play a key role in shaping both the product and engineering culture.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Frontend Engineer (React) who goes beyond just implementing designs. This role is for someone who can own the frontend experience end-to-end, actively drive product requirements, and collaborate closely with customers, operations teams, and founders. You won’t be handed perfect specs — you’ll help define them.

What You’ll Do

• Own and build high-quality React applications for customer-facing apps and delivery/driver applications.
• Work directly with founders, product, and business teams to understand real-world problems and translate ambiguous requirements into working solutions.
• Drive feature development end-to-end: requirement clarification → design → implementation → iteration.
• Take initiative in improving user experience, performance, scalability, and engineering practices.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to define APIs and system behavior.
• Continuously gather feedback from users and stakeholders and refine the product.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in frontend development.
• Strong proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, or similar) and REST APIs and async data handling.
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
• Practical understanding of Android and iOS app lifecycle (build → release → monitoring → iteration), with the ability to proactively handle production readiness and debug real-world issues.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Strong ownership mindset — you don’t wait for instructions.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Product thinking: you care about why something is built, not just how.

Nice to Have

• Experience building consumer-facing or logistics apps.
• Familiarity with performance optimization and frontend architecture.
• Experience working in early-stage startups.
• Basic understanding of backend systems / APIs.
