About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Engineer (React) to build production-grade applications for our new HMIS platform serving hospitals across Chennai, Tamil Nadu and beyond. You will work on complex, forms-heavy workflows including patient registration, outpatient queues, billing, laboratory management, pharmacy operations, and administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create reusable React components supporting 200+ screens with modern theming and design tokens.
  • Develop high-performance data-fetching strategies using TanStack Query for large datasets.
  • Implement keyboard-first workflows optimized for hospital staff efficiency.
  • Collaborate with QA to maintain Playwright automation suites.

Requirements

We require 3+ years of professional experience in React and TypeScript, strong skills in state management (Zustand/Redux), server-state handling, and frontend optimization techniques like virtualization. Experience translating Figma designs into accessible production interfaces is essential.
