Frontend Engineer

About the Role

Scoutit is seeking talented Frontend Engineers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement well-tested, documented software using Web technologies or Flutter.
• Debug and resolve issues reported by users.
• Actively participate in our engineering processes, including code and architectural reviews.
• Collaborate with the community and colleagues on technical specifications.
• Contribute to creating industry-leading technical documentation.
• Identify and implement improvements to engineering and operations practices.
• Deploy and manage services developed by the team.
• Champion your product's success through technical advocacy.

• Demonstrated drive and a history of exceeding expectations.
• Well-organized, self-motivated, and capable of meeting deadlines.
• Professional demeanor in interactions with colleagues, partners, and the community.
• Proven experience in designing and developing high-quality web applications.
• Proficiency and enthusiasm for TypeScript, React, or Flutter.
• A keen eye for accessibility and performance optimization.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience with Linux environments (Debian or Ubuntu preferred).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, curiosity, flexibility, and accountability.
• Passion, thoughtfulness, and self-motivation.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Result-oriented with a strong commitment to meeting objectives.
• Willingness to travel twice a year for company events, each trip lasting up to two weeks.
