Frontend Engineer

Aqilea India is seeking a skilled Front End Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience in building modern, scalable, and responsive web applications using React.js and contemporary JavaScript frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in developing high-quality user interfaces, translating design mockups into precise applications, and integrating with backend APIs and cloud services. This role demands a proactive developer capable of independent work within Agile teams, maintaining clean and maintainable code, and contributing to frontend architecture improvements. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining performant web applications with React.js and ES6+ JavaScript, converting Figma or design prototypes into pixel-perfect UI components, building modular components, integrating with RESTful APIs and Azure-hosted backend services, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness, and collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers, and QA teams. The role involves participation in Agile ceremonies, writing clean and documented code, conducting code reviews, implementing testing strategies (unit and integration), working with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub workflows, and troubleshooting applications. Required skills include React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, REST API integration, Git/GitHub, basic CI/CD knowledge, basic Azure Cloud understanding, frontend testing experience, and over 5 years of frontend development experience. This is a full-time, hybrid position in Bangalore with an immediate to 15-day start.
