What We're Looking For:

Core Skills: Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications using modern frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript for building interactive, user-friendly interfaces.
Frameworks: Extensive hands-on experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js for component-based architecture, reusable UI components, state management, Hooks, and application lifecycle. Familiarity with libraries like Redux, Context API, RxJS, NgRx is essential.
CSS & Styling: Proficiency in responsive UI development using Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, SASS/SCSS, and modern frameworks.
APIs & Data: Experience integrating RESTful APIs, GraphQL (JSON/XML), handling asynchronous operations with Fetch API, Axios, Promises, Async/Await.
Build Tools: Proficiency with Webpack, Vite, Babel, npm, and yarn for frontend build tools and package management.
Performance & Quality: Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, accessibility standards (WCAG), SEO fundamentals. Experience in testing using Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright to ensure application quality.
DevOps: Experience with Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps.
Mindset: Understanding of frontend performance optimization (lazy loading, code splitting) within Agile/Scrum environments.
