Frontend Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced UI Developer with advanced React JS skills to join our high-performing frontend team in Hyderabad. In this hybrid role (requiring 4 days on-site), you will architect, build, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications alongside product managers, designers, and backend engineers.

• Develop scalable, performant single-page applications using React 18+ and TypeScript.
• Create complex data-heavy dashboards utilizing AG Grid for advanced visualization, filtering, and server-side pagination.
• Build reusable UI components based on the Ant Design system to ensure consistency across products.
• Integrate with GraphQL APIs via Apollo Client to optimize cache management and data fetching strategies.
• Collaborate closely with UX teams to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing (Vitest), rigorous code reviews, and adherence to strict coding standards.

Key Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 3 years of hands-on frontend experience with a minimum of 2-3 years dedicated specifically to React. Essential skills include deep familiarity with AG Grid custom renderers and server-side models, production-ready Ant Design implementation, and mastery of React performance patterns like memoization and code splitting.

Proficiency in TypeScript strict mode is mandatory. You should be comfortable navigating Git workflows (branching strategies, PR reviews) and effectively communicate technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders within an Agile environment.
