Frontend Developer (React / Next.js)

PicEra Private Limited, located in Delhi, is seeking a talented Frontend Developer to join their team. This is an in-office, full-time or contract position with an experience requirement of 0-3 years.

PicEra is developing a cutting-edge platform designed for professional wedding and event photographers. This platform will facilitate professional album design and client review processes.

About the Role

We are looking for a Frontend Developer to create a highly responsive, visually appealing, and interactive album viewing experience. This system will enable clients to view, comment on, and approve album drafts in real time, similar to the functionality of AlbumDraft.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive Client & Editor Dashboards.
• Build an engaging Flipbook / Page-Flip Album Viewer.
• Render dynamic album layouts based on backend JSON data.
• Implement a granular page-wise commenting system.
• Manage the user interface for revisions, including comparing versions and re-previews.
• Integrate seamlessly with REST APIs provided by the backend.
• Optimize UI performance, particularly for image-heavy pages.
• Ensure a clean, responsive, and user-friendly design across all devices.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in React.js or Next.js.
• Expertise in Tailwind CSS.
• Demonstrated experience with REST API integration.
• Proficiency in state management libraries such as Zustand, Redux, or Context API.
• Proven experience handling media-heavy user interfaces.
• Solid understanding of authentication mechanisms and protected routes.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Flipbook / Page-Flip libraries.
• Background in Canvas-based rendering.
• Skills in performance optimization for large image assets.
• Experience developing SaaS dashboards.
