Frontend Developer (React & React Native)

Speer Health is seeking a high-ownership Frontend Engineer to help scale our AI-powered platforms within the life sciences sector. In this role, you will lead the architecture and development of intuitive web and mobile interfaces that translate complex medical data into streamlined workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable interfaces using React, Next.js, and React Native.
• Implement dynamic data visualizations, dashboards, and complex UI systems.
• Manage end-to-end frontend architecture, including state management and performance optimization.
• Integrate GraphQL APIs and handle robust authentication/authorization flows (SSO, OAuth, SAML).
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to iterate on features using AI-assisted development tools.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in React JS and React Native.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in product-based companies.
• Proven ability to utilize AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Gemini) to accelerate development.
• Strong grasp of TypeScript, frontend architecture, and RBAC implementation.
• A product-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience with enterprise SaaS, animation libraries (Framer Motion, Lottie), and data visualization (D3, Recharts).
• Background in life sciences or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with mobile deployment pipelines and accessibility (WCAG) standards.
